Return Policy
Your satisfaction is what counts at Trikke.com. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return (according to the following return conditions).
We only accept returns if your item was purchased at our Trikke web store ( www.trikke.com ).
All return requests must be sent by email to shipping@trikke.com with details of your order within 7 days of the delivery of your merchandise. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code will be issued and sent to you via e-mail to confirm your request along with instructions on how to return your order.
Packages received without an RMA code might be delayed or returned to sender.
All returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
All Trikke ride-on products may be returned after use.
All accessories must be unused and in original condition with all tags affixed and in original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all unused returns and a 30% restocking/refurbishing fee will be applied to all used returns. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable. A refund will be credited within 48 hours in the same form as the original payment type and an email confirmation will be sent to you once we have processed your return. Please allow 7 days for a refund to be reflected on your credit card account.
For your protection, we strongly recommend you ship packages with insurance and obtain a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation from your shipper. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged.
If you'd like to exchange your item, please send an email request it to shipping@trikke.com . Please note that you will be charged the difference in the price (if appropriate) plus all shipping and handling fees.
