TRIKKE INTRODUCES NEW ELECTRIC FITNESS VEHICLE
AFFORDABLE TRIBRED PON-E 36V LITE OFFERS ELECTRIC ASSIST

Trikke Tech, Inc. introduced its first electric vehicle designed specifically for fitness at CES (booth 6327), the Trikke Tribred Pon-e Lite. A leaner, more affordable version of the robust top tier Trikke electrics, the Tribred Pon-e Lite provides fitness seekers with an exhilarating ”skiing experience on wheels” that is as fun as it is an excellent full body workout. The 36 volt, 180 watt front wheel powered Tribred Pon-e Lite with quick swappable lithium-ion battery retails for $1,299.99 at www.trikke.com and Trikke dealers nationwide.

Trikke Tech has been marketing its body-propelled line of Body Powered Vehicles (BPVs) since 2002 to fitness enthusiasts who prefer to enjoy their exercise time outdoors than in the monotonous confines of a gym. Many have likened the carving sensation of a Trikke 3-wheeled cambering vehicle to skiing on pavement. Designed for the fitness rider who wants motor assistance for step inclines and traveling further distances. This model has low rolling resistance tires to keep your carving at maximum speeds. This model is our lightest model at only 37 lbs with the battery in. The cambering (leaning) frame allows unmatched manuverabilty and an extremly stable active riding platform. The 10 mile range is motor only coverage distance. This model can use our larger capacity batteries for a longer lasting and distance covering option. Our quick swap battery design gives riders an option to easy change batteries for extended range. 36Vlite batteries can be fully charged in 2.5 hours on a standard home wall-outlet. The 180W brushless free-wheel hub motor reaches motor only speeds of 13mph (21km/h).
