I'm Charlie Reynolds and I am 65 years old. I am the owner of a car service for over 25 years. I have been active my entire life and was always looking into new ways to exercise. I purchased a Trikke over a year ago and tried to ride it many times but was unable to, so I put it away with the other unused exercise equipment. Last year I had double bypass surgery and decided that I needed some form of exercise to keep healthy. After watching videos on the Trikke and how it worked out your entire body, I was determined to try again. I attended a training class at the Trikke Academy in Hollywood, FL. This class gave me the knowledge and the inspiration to ride successfully. The Trikke reminds me of skiing. It works out your entire body while having fun! I was so excited and filled with adrenaline that this made me want to spread the word and teach others how to ride the Trikke. I give free demonstration and lessons with the purchase of a Trikke.

I am a mother of 2 (age 30 & 26) so no need for my age, it’s just a number. I have always loved dancing and, recently, belly dancing. I also do yoga twice a week but I wanted to boost my cardio, body-toning and strength. That’s why I ride a Trikke. I feel strong and so good and I CAN EAT WHAT EVER I WANT, I just TRIKKE a little longer.
I saw a Trikke infomercial, in 2007 and I just had to have one. I ordered a T78 so my husband could try it also. We both fell in love with the ride, and soon I ordered a T67 for myself. After that first season, I felt a real positive change in my body and knew this was a fun way to get a great workout. I now ride a T8 and I LOVE IT.
I love to get people involved, stay healthy and stay fit. That’s why I am a Trikke trainer.
