One night, I saw the Trikke infomercial and instantly knew that I had to have one. I had always enjoyed exercising outdoors. And when the infomercial said, "Full body workout while enjoying the outdoors", I knew it was my kind of exercise!
I ride my T12 an average of 3 times a week. And each ride, I average 14 miles.
When I first started this exercise routine, I weighed 225 pounds. I have since leveled off around the 180 mark. And I feel great!

I was first introduced to the Trikke through a TV info commercial. I had a real urge after seeing it in person. I purchased my first Trikke, a T12, in October 2008 and the rest is history. In April of 2009, I attended the Trikke Training Academy in New Orleans, and became a Certified Trainer. My goal is to turn as many people on to the sport as possible. I have never turned down an opportunity to demonstrate or talk about the product.
